Chocolate Confections Workshops

Sign up for a mini course on how to to temper chocolate, and cast your very own confections!
Under our guidance, learn the basics of chocolate work, and experiment with chocolate casting and ganache creations during a 2h workshop.

The participants will get to take their beautiful creations home afterwards.

Time slots:
Friday: 2-3.30pm | 4-5.30pm | 6-7.30pm
Saturday: 10-11.30am | 1-2.30pm | 3 - 4.30pm
Min capacity per course : 4 people
Max capacity per course:ย 6-8 people
Min age: 10ย years old
Please note that younger children are welcome to participate in the workshop when accompanied by a registered adult.
Workshops are given in either English, or French.
