Chocolate Confections Workshops

Have you ever wanted to make your own chocolate, from scratch?

Have you been tempted to play with chocolate and to make your own confections? Here's your chance to learn, in downtown Nelson BC!

Sign up for a 2 day mini course on bean to bar craft, or sign up for a 2 to 3h workshop on how to to temper chocolate, casting your very own confections, making your own ganaches and fillings!

Under our guidance, learn the basics of chocolate work, and experiment with chocolate casting and ganache creations during a 2h workshop.

The participants will get to take their beautiful creations home afterwards.

Workshops start after May 12 2024

Time slots:

Friday: 2-3.30pm | 4-5.30pm | 6-7.30pm

Saturday: 10-11.30am | 1-2.30pm | 3 - 4.30pm

Workshops are given in either English, or French.

2-3h workshop: Cost: 99CAD per person | Full payment required to reserve your spot.

Bean to Bar workshop (2 x 3h): Cost: 200CAD per person | Full Payment required to reserve

Min capacity per course : 4 people
Max capacity per course:  6-8 people
Min age: 10 years old
Please note that younger children are welcome to participate in the workshop when accompanied and supervised by a registered adult.
