This bar is a twist on the 'Chunky bar', a nuts and raisins milk chocolate bar invented by Philip Silverstein in New York in 1936.

Made with our homemade 43% Milk Chocolate of sustainable origin. Dairy coming 100% from canadian farms.

Ingredients:

Cacao paste, sugar, milk powder, toasted almonds, raisins, cocoa butter, soy lecithin.

All our confections are handcrafted in small batches with single origin chocolate, made in house with sustainable Colombian cacao beans grown and harvested by local municipal farms.
